Scotland Yard Inspectors, Conor McDermott and Andrew Fletcher, have uncovered a drug cartel involving a French-Algerian supplier to a mysterious Irishman known only as 'Mr. Higgins'. Follow the two inspectors as they track leads that take them from Aberdeen, Scotland to Marseille, France, as they continue to piece together a crime syndicate web that includes police informants, extortion, drug trafficking and weapons sales, all being brought together to prepare a mercenary-style force.
