I enjoyed this book quite a bit. It's about a competition among active serial killers, set up by a mysterious person known as The Commissioner. The chapters are short, the pace is super-fast, and there's a lot of gore! The amount of violence is expected when you have multiple serial killers in the same book - each with their own style of killing. A great read, and only 99 cents. Total bargain.
