About the Author

Gary Williams was born in South Georgia but lived all over the south- eastern United States. After graduating high school, he joined the Marine Corps for four years and served in Vietnam for a year. After his dis- charge from the Marines, he settled in Jacksonville, Florida, and became a police officer. He served thirty-six years in law enforcement. Gary met his wife, Linda, in January 1968, and they married in July 1969. Gary and Linda live in Jacksonville and love spending time with family and friends Gary attended Liberty University and graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree. He is a member of Gideons International and loves to hand out God's word.
