September 11, 2001 is a day that will be remembered in the U.S. for decades to come, if not forever. The day that America was attacked by terrorists and 3,000 innocent citizens and foreign-born residents were murdered has been memorialized by cities and towns all over the United States.
This photo journal focuses on four September 11 memorials of national significance: The World Trade Center Memorial, The Pentagon Memorial, Flight 93 National Memorial, and the Boston Logan International Airport 9/11 Memorial. The Second Edition also includes historical background and timeline information concerning the terrorist attacks and a memorial list of victims of the tragic day.
