Envision for a moment twelve different races, each created with divine breath and bequeathed the spark of imagination. Twelve races, each one undergoing the trial of the garden, and each one failing. Seemingly alone, these races strive to survive in the broken creation on their own world. Now, picture a place in between all these far flung planets, a Crossroads. All is not well on this world. For generations the elves have ruled the twelve kingdoms and are falling prey to the schemes of the forces of darkness, the forces of the Void.From Earth come the Koens, led by their father who has fought in the Crossroads before. This time though, he bears the Sword of Truth and the responsibility to help establish his children upon the twelve thrones of the Crossroads. Though aided by the angelic host and allies loyal to God, the Koens are not going to find this task an easy one. Pursued by Dark Riders, hounded by demons, and embroiled in dangerous politics each of the children must come to terms with their new reality and their new destinies.
