About the Author

I am a teacher and Navy chaplain wife who was blessed to call Okinawa my home for two years. I fell in love with the beauty and history of this island, as well as the peaceful people who live there. Living on this island changed me forever. Every new place we live now is an adventure, and we are ready to explore thanks to our time in Okinawa.
