The Parallel English / Greek Shepherd of Hermas
This is the parallel English / Greek text of the Shepherd of Hermas. The English translation is by J. B. Lightfoot. In this version each Greek word is either linked to Strong's Dictionary or to a condensed Koine Greek dictionary at the back of the book.

The Shepherd was a popular writing in the 1st and 2nd centuries of the Christian church,
and was widely circulated along with the works that comprise the New Testament. It was thought to have been originally composed in Greek in Rome around 90AD, and then translated to Latin. The full work only survives in Latin, however this Greek manuscript contains almost the entire document. Latin is provided where the Greek
is lacking.
