Deborah Walker Keegan, PhD, FACMPE is a nationally recognized healthcare consultant, keynote speaker and author who brings knowledge, expertise and solutions to healthcare organizations. She is the founder and president of Medical Practice Dimensions, Inc., with more than 30 years of experience in practice management, revenue cycle optimization, healthcare system development and academic healthcare administration. Keegan provides strategic planning and practice enhancement services to align physicians, hospitals and health systems with reimbursement and delivery system reform. Keegan holds a PhD from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management, and is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Elizabeth Woodcock, MBA, FACMPE, CPC is the founder and principal of Woodcock & Associates. She is also the founder of the Patient Access Symposium™, a group of 53 large healthcare delivery systems working to develop industry standards in patient access. She is the author of Mastering Patient Flow, an industry bestseller and is considered a national expert on medical practice operations. She is frequently published and quoted in national publications including the Wall Street Journal, MGMA Connection, American Medical News and Medical Economics. She has focused on medical practice operations and revenue cycle management for more than 20 years and has led educational sessions for leading healthcare organizations.
