Deborah Walker Keegan, PhD, FACMPE is a nationally recognized healthcare consultant, keynote speaker and author who brings knowledge, expertise and solutions to healthcare organizations. She is the founder and president of Medical Practice Dimensions, Inc., with more than 30 years of experience in practice management, revenue cycle optimization, healthcare system development and academic healthcare administration. Keegan provides strategic planning and practice enhancement services to align physicians, hospitals and health systems with reimbursement and delivery system reform. Keegan holds a PhD from the Peter F. She is the author of Mastering Patient Flow, an industry bestseller and is considered a national expert on medical practice operations.
