This is the most romantic and thrilling book ive ever read i was sitting on the beach and my sister gave the first book and the second book to me and i was hooked the Power is the best book ive ever read. It was so good that when some of the good parts came up i wanted to scream and i did. Then i would have to put the book down and walk around for a little bit.I got about half my class into the trilogy and even the one that dont like to read are moving on to The Vampire Diares with is also a romantic and scary series that almost made me cry.

I didnt expect it to be that good. The entire book make me want to scream with exitment, and at some points i actualy did.Everything about it was...perfect.I can always depend on L.J. Smith to deliver a wonderful story.Cassies bravery and the loyalty of her friends shocked and amazed me.I am proud to say that i have completly given up watching tv thanx to these book and this writers other ones. The ending was definatly my favorite part, i wont give it away, but it was a great way to end.I wish there was a follow up book, too bad there isnt but hey you never know what could happen.I learned alot from this book and the ones before it, alot about bravey. 'There is nothing frightening in the dark, if you just face it.'words to live by.i really loved this book, i cant waite to read it again.

The Power was the best of the trilogy. L.J. Smith is such a good author. I lover her books. This one has everything I like: romance, witchcraft, and a little bit of mystery!

Here is the conclusion to the trilogy and it continued where the second left off. Black John now holds a position of power in the town. He uses the people as puppets.

Faye is rebelling from the Circle at the most critical time in its history. All members are needed to defeat Black John ... and quickly! A hurricane, that would have down graded to a tropical storm or veered away from land, is being controlled by Black John. If it hits land, millions will die! There is no time to evacuate. Even if there had been, Black John made sure no one could leave the area!

The Circle has only three choices:
1. Give in to Black John's power
2. Let millions die
3. Pray for an inspiration to win the ultimate battle between good and evil!

***** This was the best of the three! I hated to see the trilogy end! L.J. Smith is one fabulous author! *****

I must say that I appreciate the well plotted well dialogued novels in the Secret Circle series. I read these books when I was in high school and have loved them ever since.I know that there are several books in the 'Night World' series and I must say thatI would love to see a few follow up novels in the Secret Circle series. My niece is going to be at the age where she would enjoy these and I would like to give her a few extra books that tell what happened after 'Black John' was defeated and the three girls took up leadership of coven. These are mind opening, informative and factual books that are incredibly addictive and entertaining. Thanks to L.J. Smith for sharing her talent with all of us.

I thought this was an awsome book. Another master piece by L.J.Smith. The way she writes just sets me on fire. I really liked it how Nick and Cassie hooked up, and how Black John was Cassie's father. I also thought it was cool how Cassie and Adam were soulmates. Personal note: I didn't really like Diana much. She was too much of a goody-goody.But of course, that is what I thought so don't be offended if you really like Diana.

This lady sure can write. She has been my favorite author ever since I picked up her books. The only problem is that most stores here on Okinawa, Japan only carry one or two of her books. I am constanly ordering through the net to try to fufill my need for her descriptive, extremely creative writing. This book, as well as ANY of her others, recieves my highest rating.
