I am new to mentoring and Jim's guidelines, wisdom and experience are helping me to be confident in listening to and advising the young mother I meet with on a regular basis. And, Jim has amazing stories and a great sense of humor!! I just ordered an additional book to give to a friend who has been a mentor for a long time. I know she too will appreciate Jim's heart and love for his boys as well as his biblical approach to a very important call from the Lord..
