The Power that Wins

When the average person hears such a subject announced they naturally think that there is going to be a discussion of some mental or psychological power which will enable the individual to gain dominion, mental or otherwise over their fellowman, because it is an absolute fact that the majority of persons, regardless of the degree of society that they are living in, have at the back of their mind the desire to gain power so that they are able to control the action of others.
