Has been an inspiration and helpful direction for my husband and I on our quest to stay on track for 60 day Reboot.  The energy boost combined with reduction in pain, inflammation, bloating, and stiffness is amazing.  The book offers insight to Joe's decline in health and determination to find a better way to recover and improve his health and parallels many issues we have battled.  Goodbye processed food, hello revitalized youth!

This is a good plan for anyone who wants to break the addiction to sugar, salt and fat and start by giving their bodies a recharge and rest from processed foods that leave us feeling worse after we eat them. I'm just starting and my digestion and other sense already feel better. I feel more even through the day and its easier to breath. I hope to stay at least seven days on the Reboot for my first time. Advice get a good nights rest during this time eight hours at least a night. It helps a lot. The movie inspired and the book gives me structure a plan to follow.
