About the Author

Betty Collins Smith, and husband Rev. Morgan Smith, both retired, reside in Birmingham, Alabama. She is the mother of two daughters: Zerqueena, husband Travis and daughter Jordan lives in Lawrenceville, Georgia. LaMorgan lives in Birmingham. Betty has been writing most of her life. Poems, church plays, and skits were always outlets that allowed her to express her faith. It wasn't until she retired that she decided to pull the characters out of the files of her imagination and put them on paper to inspire others. As a student of Birmingham Easonian Baptist Bible College in Birmingham and a Sunday school and Bible teacher, her love of the Lord and desire to make a difference in the lives of others has been the fuel that has kept her inspired.
