If You Run, Do Not Run Past This! This book is absolutely helpful for runners and people who want to get in shape, or achieve a certain body shape! This book will help you with your posture while running, running in different climates and just everything overall! The ways Mr.Fitzgerald organized this and explained each trick, or helpful advice to running describing it to its exact descript. I loved this book and plan on reading many, many more of his books to greater my runs and ability. If you don’t find this book helpful then I don’t think anybody can help you. I think the author is just trying to get this book out her to help all runners be a better runner and a better person within themselves. I don’t really have a favorite character but if I had to choose one it would definitely be the author itself. The reason I would choose the author because he is a character himself. From reading this selection I can tell exactly what kind of person this is and also what kind of runner he is because I am also too a runner myself. This book will definitely go down in my favorites.
