The Satan Machine
THE SATAN MACHINE is an organization that kills. It has concluded several of the most spectacular assassinations of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Until now, the identity of the people behind THE SATAN MACHINE has been obscured in layers of disinformation the likes of which have never been seen. Articles and entire books, most of them sponsored by intelligence agencies, have been devoted to the process of hiding what should always have been plain murder.

THE SATAN MACHINE tells the story of two of the most outrageous assassinations of the past fifty years, both committed by the same man. It takes you behind the scenes to places that have never been explored by a writer who knows the ground better than any other. THE SATAN MACHINE is fiction, but it is more accurate that any of the non-fiction books that have been written on the same subject.

This is a ride past the boundaries of facts to the more terrifying land of truth.

About the Author

David Chacko is the author of twenty-two works of fiction and an acknowledged master of the spy genre. Many of his books are in the spy and mystery genres, though he also writes historical novels with fair consistency, ranging from Roman Times to American Colonial

His area of expertise is the Middle East, particularly the country of Turkey and the city of Istanbul. In THE SATAN MACHINE he combines that expertise with the spy and mystery genres, and adds a bit of the historical to present the story of the attempted assassination of Pope John Paul II. The Turkish background, which is the key to understanding the plot to kill the pope, deal at street level with Mehmet Ali Agca's career, and the scheming on the men around him. It was only a short step for Agca to advance from the brutal assassination of the leading Turkish newspaper editor of his day to St. Peter's Square in Rome.

And that's not quite the end of the story.
