People with a superiority complex do not value or respect other peoples culture or customs. In fact, they will unknowingly as well as overtly destroy it. People with an inferiority complex will not maintain or practice their own customs, culture or disciplines, but instead try to assimilate into a culture they feel is superior to their own.
