The Unwanted Help

They call him the Puppeteer, and his work is far from over.

Aya, a Guardian of Zan, is in Rioo to rid the area of the worst-of-the-worst criminals. Then she catches wind of a gruesome killer and, although on a mission of her own, accepts the call for help.

Unaware of the consequences her involvement will bring upon the Local Police Force, she trades one part of Rioo's vast water world for another to assist the investigation, intending to bring whoever is responsible to justice, dead or alive.
