Sadistic smugglers. Hacked cars. The ultimate revenge.

Nonverbal communications expert Doctor Genevieve Lenard and her team have spent the last year tracking Marcus Gallo, a disgraced Brazilian business tycoon and ruthless killer. Then a hacked car transporting artwork brings a teammate’s past back to distract and haunt them all.

When Gallo appears on Genevieve’s doorstep, carrying knowledge of a threat to a top-secret and strategic international event, she faces the challenge of finding the connection between the car hackings, her friend’s past and Gallo’s arrival.

With only seventy-two hours to prevent a disaster that could eclipse recent terror events, Genevieve has to put aside her growing concern for her friends and put her single-minded focus into uncovering Gallo’s true plan.

I began reading this series mostly because I wanted something different to try. I didn't anticipate loving these books as much as I do. An autistic main character, a few "criminals, and a member of law enforcement do not typically make a team. However, Ms. Ryan blends them into a realistic, vibrant, often funny, irresistible team. And she does it beautifully. I thoroughly recommend this series. But do start at the beginning. They are so much better when you see the characters grow.

Another great read from Estelle Ryan only this time the emphasis is on Francine rather than Genevieve. Another romance begins to develop (not too surprising, too). I really look forward to the next one. An excellent series!

The first book in this series developed characters that I wanted to keep reading about. Each book has met & exceeded deepening information about the team of personalities & providing stories to get lost in. Can't wait for the next book!

The art work, music and the euphemisms Genevieve doesn't understand is entertaining. There is always new issues to learn about in these fast paced detective stories

Another wonderful book by Estelle. Her research of paintings, music and now car hacking bring knowledge to her readers. The story also tells us more about Genevieve, Colin, Vinnie and the rest of the team. Fast moving and will want to keep reading until you finish the book. Thanks again Estelle can't wait for Number 10.
