The cycle of a Mother's life through the use of a watering can. No mother realizes how fast time flies, until she has an empty nest. This story was inspired when I saw my new Granddaughter using my Daughter's abandoned watering can. Showing me that life goes on, and quite happily. I am hoping that my own experiences with middle age, and empty nest syndrome inspire others. This book serves a dual purpose.... Comforting empty nesters, and exposing kids to gardening and flowers.

About the Author
Marnie Reynolds-Bourque is a Mom of two getting prepared for an empty nest. Fortunately she has a new Granddaughter to help the transition. Her book was inspired when her Granddaughter picked up her daughter's abandoned watering can and wanted to water flowers with her. Marnie saw other Mom's experiencing empty nest sadness and never gave it a second thought, as it seemed so far away. No one ever realizes how fast it arrives. She hopes this book helps sooth empty nester's with its tale of how life goes on. Marnie is also a New England artist that paints the things she loves. She is grateful to have a hubby and family that supports her dream of being and an artist and now author. When not painting, she enjoys time with her family and dreams of traveling... She is also working on another book, this one inspired by her family's antique Model A.
