Overview

The Wild Side by Isabel Sharpe

Melissa Rogers, restless good girl, longs to indulge her sexual fantasies before she meets Mr. Right and settles down. But instead she gets a walk on the really wild side, thanks to the uninhibited neighbour who skips town, leaving Melissa to take her place.

Riley Anderson, brilliant private investigator and every woman's fantasy, is assigned to seduce a female suspect. But Melissa Rogers doesn't fit the profile of the woman he's after. This woman makes him long for things he didn't even know he wanted.

Will it be pure eroticism, or forever–after commitment? You decide.

About the Author

Isabel Sharpe was not born pen-in-hand like so many of her fellow authors. After she quit work in 1994 to say home with her first-born son and nearly went out of her mind, she started writing. Yes, she was the cliched bored housewife writing romance, but it was either that cliche or seduce the mailman, and her mailman was unattractive. After more than twenty novels for Harlequin and the exciting new direction of women-focused stories for Avon Books, Isabel admits that her new mailman is gorgeous, but she’s still happy with her choice.

For a Blaze, there is not enough heat!!! If this book was marketed as a standard Harlequin, then I wouldn't have been so disappointed, although the continuity and story line is still off. There are two separate romances in this story and each should have their own book. The characters are not as well defined as they should be and you don't have enough story to care that the two couples will end up together.
