It's quite refreshing to buy the first and second volume of Sekaiichi Hatsukoi after reading the chapters online for free for so long. It's nice to know that by buying this volume, there'll be more support for the author to continue writing/drawing this manga. Anyway, continuing from the first volume, Ritsu is still in denial as always (being all tsundere) and subconsciously being jealous of Yokozawa while admitting to himself that he can only think of Takano. The smut is a bit more explicit in this volume compared to the first. So don't expect too much smut from Sekai/this manga in the early volumes. It's quite tamed compared to the mangaka/author's other work: Junjou Romantica.
