Overview

Hunter Wood wants to be respected. A talented cook, he's ventured out on his own, opening a breakfast and lunch diner in Charity, Montana. He's got a lot to prove--mostly to himself--and more than a few people to convince he's a changed man.

Tracy Blevin is a registered nurse and pie baker extraordinaire, who is drawn to a most unlikely man, Hunter Wood. A nurturer by profession, she likes to feel needed, but the only thing Hunter needs her for is her pies. Their friendship has changed over the last six months as business partners. The more time Hunter spends with Tracy, the more he finds things to like about her. She's smart, organized, and...those bright green eyes and delicate mouth are really starting to get to him. Maybe it's time to move beyond just partnership...

When a Montana winter car crash leaves a baby an orphan, Godfather Hunter, lives up to his promise, taking in the ten-month old. With the season of miracles upon them, Hunter can no longer deny his strong attraction towards Tracy. Is her life-long wish for her own family finally being answered this Christmas?

This story has alot of meat in the plot. It kept me coming back for more. It was an easy read, with twists to keep you focused. Not everything was sunshine and roses, like real life. Characters had flaws (like all of us do). Life does not flow smoothly as we wish it would, but we must the trials and tribulations as they come. So did the characters of the story.

I like to read Christmas stories to get me in the mood for the Holidays. Their Christmas Miracle by Lynne Marshall sure did the trick. I found it to be a sweet love story. The characters were very well done with honest problems and very genuine reactions. The relationship between Hunter and Tracy evolves in time from a good working relationship to something more serious. They both are working through past hurts and are ready for a second chance. A sudden tragedy with a beautiful baby involved, makes for a interesting and delightful read. It was a great story that can be read any time. Don't wait for the Holidays to enjoy this novel by Lynne.

If you are looking for a sweet story then Their Christmas Miracle by Lynn Marshall, book two in her Charity, Montana series. Hunter, an ex-con, wants to be respected for who he is a talented cook and diner owner. Tracy is a nurse and an extraordinary baker who has not had the best of luck in finding love. Since she is a nurturer, she wants to feel needed. She enjoys the time she spends with Hunter when she uses his kitchen to bake her pies, beginning to care for the man. When a winter car accident leaves Hunter’s godson an orphan, he takes in the ten-month old and learns about becoming a father with the help of Tracy. As complications occur, Hunter and Tracy are encouraged to admit their attraction and love for each other and become a family, filled with love. I really enjoyed this sweet love story and had trouble putting this book down, reading this book in one day. Ms. Marshall wrote a lovely story that drew me in, making me forget the world around me and not letting me go until I turned the last page. I definitely recommend this book to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Their Christmas Miracle is the second book in the Charity, Montana series. Hunter and Tracy have had rough pasts, but both are set on making a better future. Hunter opens Wood’s Cafe as a part of his restart. He knows it will be hard work and long hours. Tracy is an RN and when her shifts are over, she goes to Wood’s Cafe to make pies. During this time she has become friends with Hunter and is starting to hope for something more. When tragedy strikes Hunter's family, Tracy gets closer to Hunter. Will this open the door to more? An enjoyable story!

Their Christmas Miracle (Charity, Montana Book 2) by Lynne Marshall This is Hunter Wood and Tracy Blevin’s story. This is a sweet Christmas story. Hunter and Tracy are business partners and friends. Their love for one another was slow to develop. They had lots of obstacles to overcome but despite these obstacles they experienced a Christmas miracle.

An accident changed Hunter Wood’s life, resulting in him spending time in prison for his mistake. Whilst there he developed his love of cooking that he’s continued to develop after his release, so much that now he owns and runs his own breakfast and lunch diner in Charity, Montana. He is helped in this endeavour by Tracy Blevin, who works as a registered nurse during the day and then cooks pies for Hunter’s diner in the evenings. They’ve been business partners for more than six months and, although both are attracted to each other, they’ve never been more than partners. Then a tragic car crash leaves Adam, Hunter’s ten month old godson, miraculously physically unharmed but an orphan. Hunter takes responsibility for the baby. He’s never had much to do with babies and turns to Tracy for help and advice . . . . but with the attraction between them growing, maybe this miracle baby can help play cupid for them? This is a very emotive read, with tragedies, a very insecure couple and a scene stealing baby.  It is a moving story of life after loss, celebrations and fun Christmas events and about taking risks in the hope of achieving your own HEA. The characters are well developed and portrayed, making them both believable and easy to empathise with. At times both main characters definitely have an inner battle between their heart and their head, so much so I wasn’t always quite certain which would win out in the end! It is a story of so many people having a second chance and a delightful festive read. I requested and received a copy of this novel, via NetGalley. This is my honest review after choosing to read it.

Hunter Wood opened his own diner after working and learning for another diner for awhile. Tracy Blevin is a RN and a talented pie baker. When Hunter gets temporary custody of his 10 month old godson Tracy starts to see a different side to Hunter which adds to her attraction to him. When the three start appearing as a family will it all come crashing down or will they all get there happily ever after? I loved this story from start to finish. The characters were so real and endearing. I didn’t want to stop reading!

Their Christmas Miracle by Lynne Marshall. A great addition to the Charity, Montana series. Emotional storyline. This book might have took me awhile to get into but once the storyline kicked in I really enjoyed it. Tracy used Hunter's cafe's kitchen at night making her pies and desserts besides being a RN durning the day. When Hunter's cousin and the cousin's wife got killed in a auto accident Hunter has to take in their infant son who is his godson. An emotional ride that leaves with a heart warming feel. I look forward to reading more in this series

After spending two years in prison involuntary manslaughter, Hunter Wood is finally getting his life together. He decided to make Charity, Montana, his new home town. He opened Wood’s Café and though it might be a struggle on occasion, he is enjoying his new life and career. But when Hunter’s cousin and wife are killed in a car accident and Hunter is given custody of their ten month old son Adam, Hunter’s life really takes a new direction. He doesn’t know anything about babies. He is going to need some help. Tracy Blevin is an RN at Charity Urgent Care during the day and at night she uses Hunter’s kitchen to bake pies to sell to help with the mortgage of her new home. Tracy’s dating life is non-existent after a bad marriage and several relationships which ended with the guys leaving her. She has gotten to the point where she doesn’t believe love actually exists, but she secretly wants her own family. Spending time with Hunter, Tracy starts to think maybe there might be a chance for romance. But she is afraid it will end badly like her other relationships, so she keeps her feelings to herself. When Hunter needs help with baby Adam, Tracy is more than happy to help. Will baby Adam be the miracle Hunter and Tracy need to see the love that is right in front of each other’s eyes? This was an emotional story and it has a great message to it. I enjoyed seeing Hunter and Tracy put their insecurities behind them and finally find love. And who couldn’t love little Adam? He really stole the scenes at times.

As I read this book I realized that the Christmas Miracle referred to in the title could be several things. A child who survived the car crash that claimed the lives of his parents is a Christmas miracle. A young man who was incarcerated for two years and prefers being alone but stepping up and accepting the responsibility of raising this little boy--very likely a Christmas miracle. The full time nurse and part time business partner that answers his plea for help--probably another Christmas miracle. So many possibilities and they all contribute to make this a story that left me with the warm, happy feelings that are associated with the Christmas holidays. Author Lynne Marshall treats readers to a front row seat as the friendship between Hunter and Tracy develops into a deeper relationship following the events that occur after the tragic accident. We are allowed to witness the tentative responses of a man with trust issues learning to put his confidence in a young woman who has been hurt more than once by a relationship that failed. We also become a part of the hustle and bustle that is part of a small town Christmas season and we experience the same joy and excitement that the citizens of Charity, Montana feel. Their Christmas Miracle offers sweet romance, family values and characters that we like and respect. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for an uplifting story for the holidays. I received a complimentary copy of this book but was not obligated to post a review.

Their Christmas Miracle by Lynne Marshall is the second book in the Charity, Montana series. I absolutely loved this book and couldn’t put it down. An unfortunate hunting accident set the course for Hunter’s life as an adult. He paid the price and then became the guardian of his godson. Not only was he dealing with putting his life together, he was forced to care for an infant that, at first, was out of his ballpark. Tracy was a nurse who wanted to make a go as a baker uses Hunter’s kitchen in the off hours to bake her pies. In time Hunter and Tracy grow close as they enter into a catering business together. She not only helps him with his own business, but also teaches him how to deal with a baby and trust in love. This was a heartwarming read that I loved. I fell in love with Hunter and so enjoyed watching Tracy and he find their happily ever after. I’d like to disclose that I received an advanced copy. I voluntarily read and reviewed this and this is my honest opinion.

This is a wonderful sweet story that is very well written with some very interesting characters. Hunter Wood put his life back on track after a horrible accident landed him in prison for 2 years. Now a hardworking restaurant owner finds his world turned upside down once again when the death of a family member has the single man raising a baby.Luckily for Hunter his friend Tracy Blevin is there to help him through the rough times. These two have already be dancing around each other. Now that they are working together to care for the young child will their relationship change? A sweet read I'd definitely recommend.
