After the loss of his son and then his wife, Tawrett Fames returned to the planet where he declared his nuptials. While working for TMB, he his surrounded by friends and enemies; one of them is responsible for his wife's rape and death. He has been given an important mission to retrieve an object that could steer the war in favor of the human race. But after a battle with Abuths and unforeseen events, their starship is whisked across space and crashes on Sabimn.

He must find a way to return to the company and avoid a war.

TMB Inc. is a corporate power that protects the human race from Abuths and other dangers in the galaxy. With adults incapacitated by a disease, the company uses teenagers and even younger to serve as soldiers to fight for them.

The human population of Sabimn are terrorized by a race called Coerallins. The Coerallins use organic technology for weapons and machinery, as well as to enslave the humans. Desperate for change, the human leaders attempt to coax Tawrett and his soldiers to help defeat their foe by destroying the Eye Ruby. Tawrett is reluctant, not willing to get involved with their dispute. But the mysteries of Sabimn keep growing as he discovers the secret to his brother's death and much more.

Tawrett must make a decision to help the human race or discard their hopes. Surrounded by friends and enemies, he is unsure who to trust.

Sabimn's magical properties force the past memories to surface and haunt him, where he will discover new mysteries and perhaps answers to his future.
