Now I need to purchase the next ones. It just keeps getting better. It does'nt take long for the story to pull you in then youre hooked. It is not very long but worth it. I only notice one uh-oh. Does not hurt the story. Loved it. AKS

In preparation for the annual Apple Blossom Festival, Mindy Holz, curator of the Bickershaw Museum, sells Anna some old dresses that once belonged to Elisabeth "Lissie" Biclershaw. One of Lissie's descendants, Ellie Nelson stops by Yesterday's Antiques to warn Anna that she might be in danger and it is tied to the dresses she received. Following Ellie Nelson's visit, Pratt senses some added tension in the air that stirs up past memories. Yet, he is still hesitant to discuss his past with Anna. The next day Vance Bickershaw comes by the shop to tell Anna the dresses were sold by mistake and requests to have them returned. Unfortunately, they are not immediately available, but Anna assures him she will return them the following day. As Anna is closing the store, Mindy calls and tells her to bring the dresses to the Festival Meeting rather than the museum. Mindy fails to show up for the meeting and Anna learns that she may still be at the museum. When Anna goes to the museum, she discovers that Mindy has been attacked. While Anna is looking at how to help Mindy when the lights go out and the dresses are stolen. Who attacked Mindy and Anna? What makes the dresses so important? Will Pratt's past catch up with him? Is it good or bad? Where is Joss and will he return? This is a fascinating story that can be read as a stand-alone or as part of the series. The action is constant and the interactions of the characters, both living and dead, are quite believable. I look forward to many more books in this series.
