About the Author

Patricia A. McMillan is a retired first grade teacher who, throughout her career, has published children's stories, poems, word games, educational materials and teacher inspirational articles. Some of her work has been featured in HIGHLIGHTS FOR CHILDREN, HUMPTY DUMPTY MAGAZINE, CREATIVE CLASSROOM, TODAYS CATHOLIC TEACHER and Instructor Curriculum Materials. She lives in Florida where it can be quite stormy, and has classroom-tested her read-aloud story, THUNDERELLA for over two decades. There were no pictures to see, but this author could see, in the eyes of the children, the delight and drama of dancing dinosaurs.
