Palau, an island nation in the Western Pacific, is a tropical paradise mostly known to scuba divers. It is not a likely site of international intrigue and extraterrestrial doings. Keola Santos, a clever engineer/inventor, used his experimental TimeTuner to jump back a few hours and rescue a missing scuba diver.
