"To art, to murder, to Austin!"

Maggie Stearson knows something about art, and being frightened by someone who wants to kill her. When a weatlthy New York City woman who runs an art restoration foundation contacts her Maggie agrees to meet with the woman. Which leads Maggie to New York where she finds murder, stolen art, and a two million dollar fee if she can find and return three pieces of art. A Turner, a Gauguin and a Monet.
A memory stick leads her to a name. The name leads her to Austin, Texas.
