Over more than two decades he ascended the ranks to become one of pro football's most accomplished head coaches. His fiery desire to win, along with his belief in doing things the right way, helped him overcome both career hurdles and personal tragedy. In 2007, Tony became the first African-American head coach to win the Super Bowl.
