TOP-NOTCH LAUGH COMICS' name is as much of a hybrid as the comic itself was. Debuting in
July of 1942, the series began with issue #28, taking over the numbering from TOP-NOTCH
COMICS. TOP-NOTCH LAUGH COMICS would last eighteen issues and would then be renamed
(again) to LAUGH COMIX with issue #46 and would last a total of three issues before having another name change to SUZIE COMICS.
