I loved seeing what happened with Liam and seeing past characters. Thankfully, I didnt find it as angsty as her other books. Just knowing this was Chases's son was emotional enough.

I have not read the other books in this series but I wasn’t confused at all but I do plan to read the others. I really liked this book. Kennedy and her twin Kira move from Florida to California because of some threat to them from when their uncle and father worked undercover as gang members. They could never have guessed how this move would change everything so much. One year ago while in Las Vegas with some friends Kennedy meet a man spent the night with him so continued to think about him for months. Kennedy has convinced herself that she doesn’t believe in love or happily ever afters because of something so went through when she was barely 18. This move has brought her face to face with the man from a year ago. Liam can’t believe he might get a second chance with the woman he calls Moon. He won’t let this chance slip away from him and plans to fight for Kennedy for as long as it takes. Kira doesn’t want to move and be away from her boyfriend Zane. No one in the family really likes Zane and thinks this move will be good for Kira. Kira cries and cries about Zane. Their relationship is more complicated than anyone knows. Is Kira really in love with him or is just with him so she won’t be alone. Will Kira get over being away from Zane? Will Kennedy give Liam a chance? Will Liam be able to break down Kennedy’s wall and get her to love again if she gives him a chance? This book was great. It was wonderfully written and the characters pull you in. I felt really bad for Liam as Kennedy just kept fighting him. Every once in a while she would forget to fight and they would have a wonderful time and then she would remember and put all the walls back up. I understood why Kennedy was doing it. She was so afraid to get hurt again. She once thought she had found the love of her life and then was hurt when he just left with no real reason or giving her a chance to try to change his mind. The girls’ parents have a great marriage and they both want what their parents have and that affects the way they handle their relationships. The twist was fantastic and made the book so much better. I hope there will be more books in this series in the future. This is the first book I have read my Molly but I will be reading more by her in the future. I was given this book in return for an honest review.

Okay, when I read my first book by Molly McAdams, Taking Chances, I was not that impressed. The next two books I read by the author definitely redeemed her for me, and believe it or not, I actually told her that when I met her. But this book I adored. I loved all the ways that McAdams connects back to not only the one I didn't enjoy, but to the next ones that I did, Forgiving Lies and Deceiving Lies. I loved that Kennedy's family is from the series that I did really enjoy. But Liam's family, even though being from the book that I wasn't thrilled with, well, now I actually want to go back and reread, and remember all the characters that I didn't quite remember in this book. I had assumed, knowing who Kennedy's family was, that the reason she didn't want to fall in love again was a little more sinister than what it turned out to be. In fact, when that past shows up and throws a wrench in her finally getting good relationship with Liam, I was definitely in shock. But I was also upset with her dad for his part in it. And while what Liam did irritated me a bit, I understood him, especially when he was explaining to his family what part from his past he was playing in this situation. I knew what was going on with Kyra at the end was what I expected it to be. Although I feel like Kennedy was definitely a bit self-involved at that time or she should have figured it out. Honestly, any book that makes me look back fondly on characters for a book that I didn't adore, and makes me want to go back and reread it, well that is a winner and a well-written story to me. I look forward to more books by McAdams in the future. Also, I loved the whole "Goodnight, Moon" bit, and how the author finally tied it back to the children's book at the end, since it had been in my mind since the first time Liam said it. The narrators were good, although I had to speed up the audiobook to 1.25 because they were a little slow.

I thought TL was a unique way of tying two of her series together. Rachel and Kash must send their now grow twin girls to California due to events that happened in the Forgiving Lies series. Kennedy is the level headed one and Kira is the "OMG no I can't leave my BF" one. Little baby Liam from the Taking Chances series is all grown up and can't say no when his boss and mentor asks him to watch after his nieces to help make their transition smooth. But what ever goes smoothly in a Molly McAdams book??!! And all it takes is a knock ;) I think my favorite part was when Liam meets Mason for the first time...hysterical. Also loved getting a glimpse of Harper and Brandon.

This was my first Molly McAdams' book and I have no clue what rock I've been hiding under, but I am sooo thankful I got out from under it and found this book!! The characters are really well developed, it has a fun, steady pace that kept my focus and interest throughout the whole book, and I enjoyed the sweet, sexy, rich plot! I can't wait to find more by her and take them under my rock so I can read without interruptions!! I highly recommend this book! Pippa, My Secret Book Spot

Loved Liam and Kennedy!! Especially when i realized who Liam was. Loves the whole story...only question I have is there was no mention of Kennedy and Kira's brother?? It was mentiond at the end of Deceiving Lies that Rachel was pregnant with him.

Molly McAdams, you brilliant, wonderful, amazing lady, Thank you! You had me with the dedication and until the end.  I cannot begin to tell you how much I loved this book. Seeing two of my favorite series collide years later was absolutely wonderful. The way Molly gives you the past and future in this book is tear jerking and positively breathtaking. So many times while reading I found myself wearing a huge grin. I cried a few times. There are so many warm and fuzzy feel moments.  Liam, oh my God! He grew up to be such an awesome, sexy and fine young man. He’s a perfect mix you’ll see when reading what I mean).  I can’t stress how much I loved his character. I have so much I want to say, but fear spoiling this wonderful story for others. This book is truly a gift for Molly’s fans. It’s a sad, sweet, loving, tension filled story of new love, starting over and closure. Thank you, Molly for giving us Liam and Kennedy’s story. I loved it to “moon” and back!

I was so excited when I saw that Molly McAdams had another book coming out in the Taking Chances series. But, truthfully, it brought back a lot of emotional tears for me, too. And those tears were for Chase—so yeah, I had to cry some ugly tears all over again. I loved discovering that this book was going to be about Chase's son, Liam. Liam is all grown up (24 years old) and having his own women problems now. And here's the fantastic thing about the woman Liam is falling for; she’s Kennedy, who is Logan’s (Kash) and Rachel's daughter from another Molly McAdams’ series. An awesome series, Forgiving Lies. Kennedy is all grown up now, also. She’s 22 and already she's done with men after the only man she thought would be her forever, happily ever after broke her heart. Liam and Kennedy definitely have a sexy romance. It’s a wild and crazy roller coaster ride, where history is trying to repeat itself in the love life of Chase's son Liam. Except this time around, Molly McAdams has out done herself on twisting the twisted romance between Liam and Kennedy. I thought Chase, Harper, and Brandon's romance in the first book Taking Chances was an insanely amazing romance. Well Liam takes his romance to whole new level of amazing. Another thing I loved about Trusting Liam was being able to catch up on where Harper and Brandon (Liam's parents) and Kash and Rachel (Kennedy parents) are now. Needless to say, Molly McAdams did an outstanding job with the writing and the storyline of Trusting Liam. It brings readers back into the lives of the grown up children of one of the most heartbreaking and beautiful love stories I ever read. Liam has grown up to be a lot like his father, so yes, this touched my heart so much while I read Liam's story. You can read Trusting Liam as a standalone, but I would really recommend you read Taking Chances #1 and #1.5 so you can get the full, beautiful and powerful heart-touching love story with Chase and Liam. Trusting Liam is a must read!

I really liked it but weren't the twins supposed to have a brother or did I miss him mentioned somewhere? End of Deceiving Lies wasn't she pregnant again with a boy in the epilogue? The book was great though I really liked the Taking Chances series so this was awesome to get Liam's story.
