This is a series of various authors cliffhangers. They allow you to read enough to get you intrigued, but you're always left unfulfilled. I do not recommend these teasers.

The stories included were well written and interesting. But they were too short and didn't make me want to purchase more. Unless the book is poorly written I will usually purchase the 2nd follow up book. Put a full book up and let it stand on its own merits. Allow it to convince the reader to purchase the next book. That's the way an author can build a base of avid readers .

The last book was better than the others. The other books had explicit sex scenes that i think are unnecessary.

These stories are a treat whether you are a long time reader of these authors, or new to one or all of them. As a fan of Connie Mann, I decided to read ther novella first. Beyond Home is a good introduction to the author’s new series titled Florida Wildlife Warriors. Sarah Sutton is back in town after a 10 year hiatus. Now a nurse, she’s determined to help a diabetic patient that is out in the wildlife in the middle of a storm. Little does she know that on her trek there, she would come across her old HS boyfriend, Marco Sánchez. No longer a boy, he is now a Florida Fish and WIdlife officer. A shock to both but now is not the time for reunions when danger is around the corner, a storm is brewing and a patient needs help. This novella is full of action, a bad guy, wildlife, a ferocious storm and a possibility of second chances.

Turn The Tide consists of 4 interesting short stories; each one is unique and original. I especially interested in Final Hour - NO WAY OUT - by Juno Rushdan. It is an action-packed, fast-paced national security themed thriller. I give it 4 stars. Ashley Agnello has convinced her boss Bruce Sanborn, the Agency lead person, to transfer her from analysis to field operations, after the terrorist attack on one of their covert teams two years ago. Here she is, on her first field assignment in Munich, Germany March 3, to download the top-secret information from this biotech corporate network, the project known as Ianus. However, once she is back to the Agency safe house, instead of reporting back to Sanborn, she starts to transmit the stolen data, and takes a first peep. And her heart stopped.. “Oh my god”. Then, she falls off the grid. Logan Silva, the lone survivor from the terrorist bombing his team during one of the missions, has been hiding out in his hidey-hole cabin, living on some freelance consulting work. The only person/reason that would get him be active again on the field is Ashley. Is Sanborn able to persuade him to go find Ashley? What is the stolen data about? Is Ashley in jeopardy? NO WAY OUT by Juno Rushdan is her Final Hour series novella, and is in the free anthology Turn The Tide. It is an action-packed, fast-paced, national security centered thriller. The author describes the characters and the flow of the story in a talented way that as if I was watching such themed tv shows or movies. I am looking forward to reading Juno’s coming soon novel Every Last Breath. I would like to thank Juno Rushdan for giving me the opportunity to read NO WAY OUT. I truly enjoy it.
