About the Author

Miriam Minger is the bestselling author of emotion-packed action adventure historical romances that sweep you from lusty medieval times to Regency England—and with some dangerously seductive 18th century tales in between. Bestselling author Miriam Minger says: It’s been a wonderful experience to have all my novels published as ebooks, but the greatest thrill for me as a writer is when readers take the time to let me know they enjoyed my stories…

”I have read hundreds if not thousands of books in my lifetime and not once have I ever been moved to comment on one until now. This is without a doubt one of the best books I have ever read. I laughed. I cried. I remained at the edge of my seat devouring every single word you wove with this incredible story. I just wanted to let you know how deeply this story moved me and to thank you for creating it.”

Wow. This one left me speechless…and grateful. I had done my job, which is to make you feel like you’ve dropped feet first into a world that captures your imagination and emotions so vividly you might be living and breathing the story. And that’s one of the purest joys of reading, isn’t it? I know it is for me…and it is my hope to continue to write books that make you feel the passion, live and breathe the adventure, laugh and cry and touch your heart.

If you like your female leads old school crazy this is for you! You know the type of heroine who come up with great ideas that get her kidnapped by evil villians and almost raped. Then she gets rescued and kidnapped again. She gets almost raped again. She gets a friend killed. She comes up with another great plan and gets almost raped again. Then she finally succumbs to her passion and realizes the reason she can't say no the hero's request for sex is because she loves him. Then we spend the next 50 pgs wrapping up the story. I've gotta admit that I found her to be extremely selfish and willfull...to the point of annoying at times. That said, the book was good enough to tempt me to buy another MM book with similar craziness! Sigh C'est la vie.

I really enjoyed this book. I love how after you read a book, and you think about the charaters long afterwards, that's how it was with this book. I am going to read more books by this author :)

Twins, Anora and Gwendolyn are kidnapped by Vikings just before Anora is to be wed and are whisked away on a ship. To keep Anora's virtue for her betrothed, Gwendolyn switches places with Anora but soon falls in love with Lord Hakon. Losts of switching, lots of sexy scenes between Gwendolyn and Hakon, and lots of confussion on many sides. Very good 792 page read! Couldn't put it down.

Gotta love those Vikings! This was a great story I loved it all the way through. Loved the characters, the story line, and well all of it. Gets a little hot & steamy in this one. Highly recommend this one as a must read.

I really liked this one, it was nice reading a story not set in our current time. There were a few things that I had to scratch my head and because I didn't think it would go unnoticed or wasn't possible, but they weren't bad enough for me to stop reading. The ending was good, but I wanted more, even after reading the epilogue, but I've felt that way about almost all the books I've read so I starting to think I just want a super duper ending because I think of them as real people and I want to know more about their life.

This story was fun and romantic the author did a great job in writing this book. Gwendolyn and Anora are twins, Anora is betrothed to wed only before the wedding the twins are kidnapped and with the way Gwendolyn is dressed she is mistaken for a boy. The captain of the ship is attracted to Anora and sets out to gain her interest. Down the line of time Gwendolyn’s secret is discovered and the captain finds himself being attracted to both ladies. The suspense and romance are great.
