Two A.M.

I was up late one night, too hyped up on Red Bull to fall asleep. The song “Twilight Zone” came onto my Ipod’s play list, and when I listened to the lyrics, I thought, “There could be a really good story behind this.”

Two A.M. is about a hitman turned informant who is on the run from his former employer. Having supposedly shaken the tail that was sent after him, the narrator decides to stop at a hotel for the night. Unable to sleep, he simply sits in his hotel room reflecting on the criminal...
