Drew, Steves best man, loses all of his money and Steve loans him what he needs to finish his restaurant, which touches off a pre-wedding argument between Gilbert and Sullivan. When the new chef, the colorful Lucas LeBlanc, crashes the couple's wedding shower and brings his own hors d'oeuvres to serve, Erins wedding planner collapseshis face bright redand dies. In the long awaited 8th book in the series, Erin Gilbert and Steve Sullivan are preparing for their wedding. As if planning a wedding while both working their interior design jobs isn’t hard enough. They also have family issues and not one, but two murders mixed into their lives. A fun read that left me guessing until the end.
