Of course, as it turned out for me after 30 days of that diet turned into years and my new diet looked nothing like my old one. As such, my own experiments in food preparation have taken some long, winding roads to find tasty recipes within severe restrictions.
This small book contains recipes for two stews suitable for anyone who can tolerate tomato-based soups, stews and sauces. It is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians, as one of the stews calls for a beef base and would be disappointing without it.
All recipes in this Elimination Diet Recipe Series provides some clues of how to make it through an elimination diet or even the rest of your life, avoiding foods you cannot or should not eat. Each recipe is offered separately or in small groupings to avoid the more costly cookbook approach, in which you get a lot of recipes that you cannot use or that do not interest you.
