Tyral: Mated to the Alien by Kate Rudolph, Starr Huntress

One week to live...

Tyral NaRaxos is travelling home to say goodbye one final time. The curse of his people has caught up to him and with no denya - mate - to save him, he will die on his next birthday. But when his ship is attacked by pirates, he's given one last hope he never imagined.

A price on her head...

Dorsey Kwan has flown through the stars for the past five years after leaving Earth and never looking back. But someone is after her and she doesn't know why. Captured by pirates, she's wasting away, every day crawling closer to when they will sell her off to the highest bidder.

A desperate passion...

Ty knows Dorsey is his mate, but before they can thrive, they first need to survive. And even if they can defeat the pirates, there are worse enemies after both of them. A man living on borrowed time doesn't care about making enemies, but given the chance he will fight with everything he has to ensure his mate's survival...and his own.

Ty is from the Detyen race and since he is 29 and has one week to his 30th and last birthday he is going home to say good bye to his family. Detyen have 30 years to find his denya (mate) or they die. If that was not bad enough on the way home his ship and himself was taken by Slavers/pirates. Dorsey is human who owned her own ship and made deliveries and she was taken by the same pirates. They meet and the attraction was instant. She is his mate even if she is not detyen. So much action. I love the story line, the twists and turns really pull you in. It has great characters and was really fun to read. Syfy fans will love this one. Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.
