About the Author

Roger C. Bull is the author of several books: “Within the Heart and Soul;” “Legalized Crime;” “El Rey del Tiempo: It’s Not What You Think;” “The Thin Line of Good and Evil,” "Within the Temples: Bloodletting," “Teneum: The Thin Line,” “Back Alley Déja Vu,” “Uncle Edgar – The Android,” and “Uncle Edgar – United Space Force.” He’s currently working on “Uncle Edgar – Hidden Forces.” His eclectic life is a foundation of resources that he uses to craft his stories.

The author studied multiple disciplines in biology, chemistry, physics, criminology, psychology, and sociology. He graduated from the LSU Law Enforcement Institute with studies in supervision and management. Then he attended, also, Southeastern Louisiana University and Holy Cross College.

Bull's experiences include writing poetry, short stories, and novels. Also, his experiences include electronics, radio and telephone communications (retired Technical Services Manager for a huge cellular corporation), computer consulting (retired from Bull Data), and publishing through his own company, Southern Oaks Publishing, LLC (retired 2019).

This was a unique take for Sci-Fi. Instead of being character-driven, plot-driven, exploration of space and life, it had a more dialog-driven and idea-driven feel to it. It reminds me of a campfire type story, where different things are debated, including whether or not aliens had visited the planet in the past. This book has a lot of dialog between a small family and an android who has crash-landed on earth...

I enjoyed the book... It was a fun book... it leaves a good spot to have a sequel...
