Amy Dawson is a successful business woman, a talented designer and in love with the man of her dreams. Too bad the man of her dreams is her brother’s best friend and strictly off limits. Even if her family would accept the thought of them dating, Mark would always see her as the bratty little kid he grew up with. Besides, if sweet and gentle Mark knew what she really craved in bed, he’d never speak to her again.
Mark Stanford wants something he can never have – his best friend’s little sister. Amy may be his perfect woman but after practically growing up in her house, he'd never cross that line. Besides, if Amy knew exactly what he wanted to do to her in bed, she’d run screaming.
Determined to indulge in a personal fantasy, Amy agrees to a session with a Dom at “Secrets”, the hottest BDSM club in the city. Blindfolded and restrained, the Dom who brings her both pleasure and pain, demands total submission and leaves her begging for more. The discovery that Mark is the Dom sends her world into a tailspin and her libido into overdrive.
Mark and Amy can’t resist the pleasure they find in each other’s arms. But afraid of losing the only family he has, will Mark deny his true feelings for Amy? Or will he give in to the fact that he is, and always will be, undeniably hers?

I love and hate brother's best friend books. It's hard to explain why I love them but I hate them because it frustrates me to no end that the heroine's brother thinks he has a right to say who she can and cannot date/fall in love with. This book was no different. I'll admit I didn't read the first book so I didn't really know Luke. But I knew how he expected Mark to feel like Amy was his sister when they didn't share any blood bond what so ever. Yeah, it happens but you could clearly tell at the beginning that they wanted to kiss and that was ruined the moment Luke came into the room and said something. Fast forward 10 years of missed opportunities and true love finally coming together. I do believe that things happen for a reason when they are supposed to. With that all said, I really did enjoy this book. I loved how Amy was finally able to come out of her shell and finely be able to express herself sexually. I hated how Mark felt he had to hide his true self from his best friend and the woman he so clearly loved. I hated how he felt that they couldn't be together because of his quirks and the thought that he would lose the only real "family" he had. I hated how Amy had to agree to a Master/slave relationship in order to have what she really wanted with Mark. But I LOVE how she stood her ground and didn't sign the paperwork. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with that kind of lifestyle/relationship. But if it's not what you want don't sign it away just to get a glimpse of what he truly want. I also have to say I loved how Jane but Luke in his place! And Amy's parents?? That last part at the dining room table? Had me laughing! I think this book could have been a little shorter but at the same time I'm glad it wasn't because every part of it brought out a better understanding of the love that Mark and Amy had for each other and for the people around them. I'm truly glad I took a chance on this book and now I'm looking forward to reading Chloe's book!
