About the Author

Dr. Ray David Velazquez has served as a Pastor for over 30 years. He currently serves as Bishop over the Florida Church of God Hispanic Region and lead Pastor of Palabra Refrescante / Refreshing Word Church of God in Tampa, Florida.

He began his theological studies with the Iglesia de Dios Bible Institute and obtained a master’s degree in divinities and Doctorate theological degree with Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary. In the year of 2022, he received an honorary Masters degree from Covenant University.
