Unicorn is a unicorn. Horse is...well, not.

Unicorn is sparkly, magical, and adored wherever he goes. He dances. He dazzles. He eats pink cupcakes for breakfast. Horse, on the other hand, is brown, ordinary, and more than a little tired of sharing a pen with such an impossibly perfect neighbor.
