Upstander Stories: Brave People Who Saved Jews During the Holocaust

This series for young people (ages 8-12) features stories of brave people who risked their lives to save Jews during the Holocaust. These heroes exceeded the definition of bravery. They knew that every moment of every day that they were helping Jews escape the from the Nazis was going to be fraught with fear and uncertainty. Yet, they did not back down from the moral imperative to save innocent people from the Nazis.
