Overview

Introducing Colton Bishop, a member of a top-secret Vatican agency tasked with proactively investigating threats against the pope. At first glance, Colton appears to be an executive chef at a famous restaurant near the Vatican--although his culinary skills pale in comparison to his fighting skills.

An outlaw motorcycle gang member in the United States has lethal plans for an upcoming visit by the supreme pontiff. What he didn't expect was a Roman chef interfering, but then again, how many problems can a chef cause?

About the Author

I am a retired police sergeant from Monroe, MI where I worked for 25 years with the City of Monroe Police Department. After retirement from Monroe, I  worked part-time for an additional five years with the Erie Township PD.

Writing has always been a passion and hobby of mine.  After retiring from the Monroe Police Department, in 2011, I authored a weekly article in our county's newspaper, The Monroe Evening News.

After three years, and over 150 articles later, I decided to focus my writing on a novel.  It has been a long process interrupted by other life priorities but has finally come to fruition.

My chief writing influences are John Sanford (Prey Novels), Lee Child (Reacher Novels), Robert B. Parker (Spencer Series), Vince Flynn (Rapp series) and Daniel Silva (Gabriel Allon Novels).

I currently reside in New Port Richey, Florida, with my wife, Cindy, and our Corgi-Chihuahua mix, Buster-Brown. We have a daughter, Danielle, who lives in Chicago, Illinois where she pursues her passions of the theater and writing.  I also enjoy spending time outdoors, fishing, hiking, and bow hunting.

I was totally absorbed in the adventures of Colton, the protagonist in Tom Mohrbach's book, Vatican Vengeance. After reading the first chapter, I could not stop and finished the book in two sittings. Tom's descriptive writing style is like watching a movie. An extremely suspenseful and action packed story. I can not wait for Tom's next publication.
