As the town of Mistletoe surprises Denver and Maddy with an engagement party on New Year's Eve, a stranger shows up. Maddy soon becomes friends with Izzie, but Denver is suspicious of her. When a storm forces Izzie to stay at the ranch, Denver's suspicions grow as Maddy continues to stay oblivious to Izzie's relentless questions about the ranch.
Izzie will do anything to get the Mistletoe Ranch, and Denver must prove to Maddy that Izzie's intentions aren't good. Tensions rise between Denver and Maddy. The closer Denver gets to saving the Mistletoe, the further away Maddy gets. Unbeknownst to Maddy, this stranger that she calls her friend, is out for blood and nobody will get in her way.
Will Denver be able to prove her guilt before he loses Maddy forever or will he lose everything trying to save his beloved Ranch?
