When We Grow Up

Nine year old Carlee meets a young teenage Matthew on his paper route. Although separated in age by a few years and coming from far different backgrounds, they manage to form a meaningful friendship that leaves everlasting impressions on both of their young hearts. Then one tragic day, Matthew discovers a horrible secret that Carlee has been keeping; but before he can act on this new found knowledge, the little girl suddenly disappears from his life.
