Wicked Words Quarterly: Issue 2 - September 2013

This issue has been much harder to put together than the first issue for several reasons. The first two of these reasons are that the amount of submissions has almost doubled from the previous issue and along with this increase in submissions more of the submissions were of really high quality, but I also didn't realise how much work is actually involved in putting together a quarterly collection of short stories.
