A Brand New Full Length Novel in the Bestselling Montgomery Ink Series where the quiet, inked Montgomery finds his match in the woman with a fiery passion and a past full of secrets.

There’s nothing worse for a writer than missing a deadline. For Griffin Montgomery, his failure to do what he loves comes at a blow. He didn’t understand how it was affecting his life until his well-meaning family intercedes. His sisters have hired him a new personal assistant and he’s outraged—that is, until he sees who it is.

Autumn Minor is light on her feet and a bare memory for most people she meets. She does her best to blend in everywhere she lives, even if it’s only for a short period of time. Making sure no one truly notices her is the only way she’s survived this long. Only when she meets Griffin and the rest of the Montgomerys, she’s afraid she won’t be able to let go when its time to run.

Though the two begin a tentative but explosive relationship, they know it can’t last forever. Neither of them are made for the long haul when it comes to love and romance. When the demons from Autumn’s past find her and put both their lives at risk, Griffin will stop at nothing to protect her. In the end, though, he’ll be the one who needs a second chance.

Every book in this series gets better and better. I love the scatterbrained Author. He's grumpy, tatted and sweet he's so easy to picture in my head. Autumn is running from something that happened so long ago, but desperately wants to stay absorbed into the Montgomery clan.

I am really enjoying this series. This book though has not been my favorite. Harder to like the characters and their love story is not as well developed. I will be buying the next one though.

I became hooked on the series but now I am stumped because Hidden Ink is only offered thru Amazon and I can't read about Sloan and Hailey, so sad.

The Montgomery who has most intrigued me is the quiet one, the writer, Griffin Montgomery. He isn’t a tattoo artist and the construction guys remember “the incident” all too well. What Griffin does is write stories and he is pretty good at it until he can’t. He is floundering until his family steps in and hires him an assistant. Autumn shakes up his world and points out that if he is doing the same thing and it isn’t working maybe shaking things up will help. What neither expected was the way Autumn shakes up Griffins heart and he hers. Now if only they can survive to enjoy it. I loved finding out Griffin’s secrets and was thrilled with his and Autumn’s relationship. Another fantastic addition to the Montgomery Ink series.

I received this book as a arc for my honest opinion. What can I say except this book is AWESOME as in must buy right this second, sell your soul good. Griffin is an author who is having a hard time with his books. Because he puts so much of his heart, soul and time into writing he forgets things like cooking and cleaning. His family has had enough and they hire autumn to get his life together. Autumn is a strong independent stubborn out spoken woman who is drawn to Griffin. He doesn't want her there but not for the reason's she thinks. She has her own secrets. Throw them together and sit back and watch the fireworks. Carrie Ann Ryan is a amazing author. This book and series are off the chain epic. I loved every book but this one made me stop and think about authors and what they give and go through to gives us awesome books. Thank you so much Carrie Ann Ryan for the honor of reading this amazing book.??????

I received an ARC of this book for an honest review. This has been my favorite Montgomery Ink book yet. The idea of a main character being flawed in a romance is nothing new. This is not a one fixes the other kind of story. This is a story of two broken people coming together to add to the other person. This book made me feel so many different things because it felt so real . I loved that the charterers were well developed flaws and all.
