About the Author

Sid McNairy III is the founder, owner, and operator of SID, Inc., based in Towson, MD. Sid first began doing yoga during his twelve years as a Division-1 collegiate football coach, to find a way to heal both physically and emotionally. He successfully worked with twenty-three players who went on to the NFL during his coaching career. Sid now finds the same passion in helping people develop to become powerful and authentic yoga teachers. He teaches yoga across the world, conducting workshops, special events, and his own 200- and 500-hour teacher trainings. He has created the Elite Athlete training specifically for athletes to improve their game with the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
