About the Author

A creative communicator with more than three decades of experience working in professional theater and live production, David McCauley has used his talent and creative ingenuity to help find innovative solutions in acoustics, audio imaging, projection, and staging for hundreds of churches, ministries, and performance venues of all sizes across the nation and around the world. Beyond his accomplishments in the audiovisual industry, McCauley is well-known for his thought leadership, problem-solving process, and tenacity for finding solutions that actually work. McCauley has been a speaker and presenter at numerous national and international industry events, including those held by the National Association of Broadcasters, Live Design International, Infocomm, Worship Facilities Expo, and the American Institute of Architects. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas.

Melinda Folse is a Texas-based author and collaborator who loves helping aspiring authors tell stories that can make a difference. A graduate of Texas Tech University, she has authored five books of her own and collaborated on eight more, including the award-winning It All Belongs: Love, Loss, and Learning to Live Again.

Liphus "Mick" Swindall is an award-winning designer and creative director who works in both advertising and publishing spaces. As a seasoned advertising agency creative director, he designed logos that are still used by some of Fort Worth's biggest companies today. Mick is a Fine Arts graduate from Stephen F. Austin University who now calls Alabama home. When he's not designing books, he's painting and using mixed media to create commercial fine art, which can be seen in Montgomery, Alabama, in several galleries and retail spaces that represent him.
