About the Author

Ed O'Malley is the president and CEO of the Kansas Leadership Center. A former state legislator and gubernatorial aide, Ed founded the Kansas Leadership Center in 2007.


Amanda Cebula is an Adjunct Instructor at Kansas State University. She served as the director of project development and business development at the Kansas Leadership Center from 2012-2017.
