Bailey and Kenny's story is another fantastic addition to this outstanding series.  As a matter of fact, even though this is a short, it's my favorite Fool's Gold book to date.  Kenny, Bailey, and Chloe have stolen my heart.   Have I mentioned, in previous reviews, that I love Fool's Gold and I want to live there?  Yes, I do!  Thank you Susan Mallery for an absolutely wonderful visit to my favorite little town at Christmas time.  I can't wait to return for another visit.

Not sure I feel I got my what I spent. Really short with little character build up. Half of the 100 pages was spent telling you what happened in previous books. Save your money; you know you'll get a recap in next springs first trip back to Fools Gold.

Cute. A bit trite. But cute. Worth reading.

What a sweet way to tie up this years Fools Gold stories. I will admit this is a double whammy for me as I always enjoy Susan Mallery's books and I love Christmas stories. We've gotten to know Kenny and have become acquainted with Bailey so getting their story in Yours For Christmas is like this years dessert and it didn't disappoint. Bring yourself a little early Christmas cheer, find a couple of hours and read this book.

A Christmas story of Bailey and Kenny. Two people who have experience headaches. Bailey a single mother with a 7 year. Kenny a man who loved a little boy who was now out of his life. Afraid to love because of losing again. Will they able to try again? Enjoyed reading.

2.5 out of 5 stars. Over the holiday season, Kenny (an ex-pro football player) and Bailey (a widowed mother) are thrown together because Mayor Marsha needs them to help the children’s FWM Sprouts with their holiday service project. In doing so, while it opens them up to a unique romance, it also brings up old trust issues from Kenny’s past. Will they be able to overcome their pasts and have a great future or will friends be the closest they’ll be able to get? While I am a huge fan of Ms. Mallery’s Fool’s Gold Series, this one didn’t capture my interest as greatly as I hoped. However, it kept up with the series’ usual hype with updates from the other characters. In addition, I enjoyed getting to know Bailey, Kenny, and Chloe. They became a sweet family that was intriguing to read about. Though it wasn’t my favorite novella in this series I did like it and would recommend it to those who are fans of Ms. Mallery looking for a sweet holiday romance. Review By: From Me to You ... During the holiday season is my favorite time of year to read the novellas, shorter stories than a full fledged novel. Mallery's Yours For Christmas was a fast paced story that was simply told, short at 98 pages, and heart warming. The heroine was strong and believable, the hero was complete with past baggage and a definite need for self preservation and the cutest seven year old girl, rounded out the potential future family. The characters were surrounded by so many loving friends and neighbors. I enjoyed the rounding out of the characters and the history built for them. I also enjoyed the sweet storyline with it's conflict resolved by the people of Fool's Gold and the brave heart of our heroine, Bailey Voss. This was definitely a warm and fuzzy read and I am happy to have included it in my Christmas collection.

This was a very sweet read. Bailey and Kenny had some definite healing and learning to do, but in true Susan Mallery form she brought two characters together that brought out the best in each other. I was truly looking forward to Bailey and Kenny's book since Until We Touch. All in all it's a very heartwarming Christmas themed story that stays in line with the wonderful world of Fool's Gold that I cannot get enough of. My only qualm is not necessarily the length, but what was fit into the length. I felt like there could have been a bit more character development and more depth to Bailey and Kenny's relationship. Having said that, what was there, was excellent. I just wanted more. But if you're looking for a sweet, short read this is definitely calling your name! I hope to get glimpses of Bailey and Kenny in future books! I don't think I'll ever tire of visiting the town of Fool's Gold. Each character has such different background and an exciting tale to tell. Overall, a good addition to the series! *ARC provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review*

This book was fun to read, while not high quality literature, i still enjoyed it. The main characters, Kenny and Bailey were likeable but still seemed like real people. The one thing i didn't like about it though was the predictable ending and it had pretty much the same plot as all of Mallerrys other books. For $1,99 you get an (almost) full length novel that is good. This book is worth reading and I would reccomend it to anyone looking for a fun, easy read!

Bailey Voss is just trying to be the best single mom she can since she lost her husband overseas. She’s managed to secure a job she loves, a forever home, and is preparing to finish her degree. Bailey only occasionally wishes she had someone to share it with. Kenny knows that Bailey would be his first choice in a wife if not for her daughter, Chloe. Kids are a deal breaker for Kenny. Especially since he already loves Chloe. Kenny refuses to have his heart broken again. Hott Review: Yours for Christmas was heart-breakingly sweet. Baily and Kenny were people whom I’ve loved in all of the other stories. They’re both open loving people that were afraid to allow themselves to love again. For me this was a perfect Christmas novella – sweet, full of holiday cheer, and just a bit steamy!! Yours for Christmas by: Susan Mallery I am an avid reader of Susan Mallery. Love her books. She always manages to write that a reader can enjoy and identify with the characters in. This one was no exception. Kenny and Bailey both have preconceived opinions about each other. Neither believes that due to circumstances they are the right fit for the other. As they get to know each other each individual start to realizes that they fit in so many ways. Perfectly and in love. Beautiful story. Enjoyed a great deal and would recommend to any reader of romance

Was NOT happy that it says there is 384 pages and was really only about 100 pages. Didn't even bother to read the book! Waste of my money. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

4.5 Sweet Stars Mallery's Fools Gold Series continues and we continue with the tales of the football players from Score. This time it is Kenny's turn and he is being paired up with Bailey to help the Sprouts collect toys for the kids less fortunate. Kenny can't deny his attraction to Bailey but a pain from the past keeps him from pursuing Bailey. It is hard to lose a lover but it is impossible when a child is involved and Kenny already cares for Bailey's daughter Chloe too much to stand the chance of not having her in his life. This story, like the others in the series is a really quick, sweet read. The little town is so quaint and the people are so wonderful to each other. I enjoyed that this book quickly revealed Kenny's history and Bailey knew what she was up against. There was not enough intimate issues to determine the couple's chemistry but they did seem to go well together. Similar to my past complaints in this series, this book is quick to the finish. The resolution comes quickly and does seem so unrealistic for a couple that has spent just over a month together and only one kiss, hence the half point deduction. Overall, the couples in this town, the town itself, and the quick pace always make these books an enjoyable read. Thanks to NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review

I must start out the review by saying I am not usually a fan of novella's. I am a fan of this one :) There is such great chemistry between these two, I hope to follow them through fools gold just like the other characters in the book.

Both Baily and Kenny’s feelings are totally understandable, the doubts and fears so real. Their story has been coming along for the last couple of books, so we’ve had those little hints along the way, and I was so excited to finally read it. Their relationship built so naturally and fluidly, it was sweet and fun and a little bit heartbreaking at times (for both of them). And the ending has to be one of my favorites. I won’t spoil anything but I gave Baily a little atta girl cheer. I don’t know what more to say when it comes to Mallery’s work that I haven’t said before – fantastic characters, engrossing stories, real emotions, humorous moments, all mixed with times of angst. If you are a reader of the Fools Gold Series you will most definitely want to read this short (100 Nook pages) story of Bailey's search for love... Widowed mom Bailey and daughter Chloe meet ex NFL player Kenny Scott and while it looks like a good friends only relationship, who can know?? Sweet Christmas story and one to be enjoyed... If you are a follower of Ms. Mallery's series you definitely want to read this one...
